Check-in starts at 12:00 noon, local Baghdad time. For arrival before this time, contact the hotel to enquire about early check-in availability and any applicable charges.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM, local Baghdad time. Contact the hotel to enquire about late check-out availability and any applicable charges.

Children of all ages are welcome.

• Ages 0–3: a cot is available free of charge upon request.
• Ages 4 and above: an extra bed is available upon request at USD 50 per person, per night.
• All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
• The number permitted depends on the selected accommodation.
• Additional bed charges are not included in the accommodation total and are paid separately during the stay.

Pets are not allowed.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard and cash. Contact the hotel to confirm accepted currencies and any deposit requirements.
